The Schoenoff Meeting Room is a classroom sized facility with a maximum capacity of 65. There are 8 rectangular folding tables available and enough chairs for capacity. You are responsible for setting the room up and breaking it down. There is a flat panel TV and DVD player available for use with advance notice.
Please check the online calendar for availability. Keep in mind that it is possible the date you are requesting already has a reservation that has not been entered into the online calendar. If this happens, we will contact you ASAP to arrange an alternate date and/or time.
If you are a nonprofit organization, there is no charge for meeting room use (proof of nonprofit status is required).
However, if you are using the meeting room for personal use (baby shower, business meeting, deposition, interview, etc), there is a charge of $66.11 for the 1st hour and $19.73 for each additional hour, and a $6.25 lost key fee.
