    The City Manager is the city's Chief Administrative Officer and is responsible for all city operations, capital assets, and financial resources.

    It is the Human Resources Department's mission to provide professional leadership and promote positive employee relations through high-quality performance in a well-qualified and well-trained workforce by assuring diversity in employee recruitment, interviews, and selection.

  4. Purchasing

    The Purchasing Department is responsible for the procurement of products and services and for the selection of architects, engineers, land surveyors and landscape architects, as specified by state law, for the City of Lake Wales.
